Lisa Silverman (リサ・シルバーマン Risa Shirubāman?) is a Caucasian girl raised in Sumaru City by her Japanophile parents. Despite her natural blond hair and blue eyes, she is unable to speak English; the misconception that she can is the cause of much confusion.
